Edsel Ford’s girls’ basketball team faced a tough challenge at home against Divine Child, falling 26-58. The Thunderbirds fought hard throughout, remaining competitive early on, with the score 7-14 at the end of the first quarter. In the second quarter, Edsel Ford continued to show resilience, adding 11 points to the scoreboard, but Divine Child pulled ahead, leading 34-11 by halftime. Despite the deficit, the Thunderbirds pushed through with strong effort, drawing many shooting fouls in the second half. They added 9 points in the third quarter, and while the Falcons sealed the win, Edsel Ford gave their all on the court.
